Nothing. No proper management. Location OK. Some leads OK.

Cons

Can fire any time. No notice. 20 people fired in last 4 months. No proper projects, all small QA projects only If you are south indian, you will be harrassed. No respect for people. You will be called names by top guy and his friends. No work-life balance. Late night work every day only.

In our history, we have never had to let go of even 5 people, let alone 20. Our projects are with enterprise customers since we started and we have long-term engagements running into multiple years. This review is unfortunately inaccurate.
