Terrible support from leadership. I should have left from day 1. My first day they were surprised to see me and were completely not prepared for me as a new hire. They didn’t even know I was showing up that day. I had to spent a month onboarding myself to all my systems. Last days the leadership team was willing to throw anyone under the bus to shift blame and protect themselves.
