Pros

None & I absolutely mean it. Any pros mentioned about this firm are posted by HR or the recruitment team to suppress any real reviews about this firm.

Cons

Tons : 1) 9 hour weekdays, if you step outside your cubicle, then you are expected to compensate for that time. Managers keep track of when you come in, how many coffee breaks you had, how long you ate lunches and when you left from office. 2) Managers allowed to come to office once or twice a week, for the remaining time they are allowed to work from home. But for other employees there is absolutely no flexibility. 3) No mentoring for new individuals, people are just thrown on client sites with out sufficient support. Despite of all the product bugs and no support from the development managers, It's your job to make it work. If you do make it work then you just did your job, there is no recognition or award. If you failed then you just became a scape goat, you need to find a new job soon. 4) Total compensation is poor, base salary is 7-8% above the market rate. But if you account for 9 hour weekdays (11.11% more work ) then you are actually at loss. 5) Bonuses are only for professional services employees, development teams don't have bonuses hence the no-support attitude. And what ever bonuses they do give, don't even match market standards. 6) Max bonus for IC/IM/Sr. IM is 6/8/10% of base. Bonus calculation is totally skewed, they have a 40%-60% breakup. 40% is for utilization & 60% discretionary, totally depends on your manager. Guess what you don't control your utilization & neither are there any metrics to define the other 60%. 7) Annual review is used by managers and directors to express their insecurity, fear & personal grudges. They give you a poor rating and/or they may ask you to report to your peer so that you resign yourself. 8) There is no career path. Do your job, take your salary and go home. That's the kind of attitude management has.
