Pros
- can see the immediate impact of your work due to size of the company - there's a lot of good people trying to do the right thing especially on the clinical side - if you don't like your manager don't worry they'll probably quit or be fired fast
Cons
- irresponsibly high churn of staff especially leadership - strategy isn't communicated (assuming there is one?) -absent exec team. Most staff, especially in the NY office, have no idea what the execs do especially the married ceo and head of strategy - ignored pulse surveys where the same issues are pointed at time and time again - no work life balance if you show any aptitude for solving problems. You will be cleaning up messes constantly
