Pros

Most part people and peers are friendly

Cons

When the sold most of the original staff left the culture was much better then. People that work here work a lot of hours for not great pay. Plan to always work over 40 hours all the time. If someone quits they don't replace them just adds the work load to someone else. Leadership team can't tell how miserable everyone is. Never appreciate people not a good culture for recent grads as leadership team is toxic and no helping you learn your role. They say everyone is replaceable and do not care about you as a person. Does not have a clear direction Hire managers who are not true people leaders so unprofessional. They talk about other employees in front of their peers.

Pros

- Fun brand with a loyal customer base and great coworkers. - Opportunity to work on a variety of projects and gain experience in a fast-paced environment.

Cons

- The company changed significantly after being acquired about a year ago by Outdoor Custom Sportswear. The culture and leadership declined, with poor communication and little support for employees. - Benefits are below market: no work-from-home flexibility, no paid paternity leave, only two weeks of paid maternity leave before transitioning to short-term disability at partial pay, and a six-year 401(k) vesting schedule. -If you're considering a role, it's worth reading reviews of Outdoor Custom Sportswear to better understand others' experiences with the current leadership and work environment.
