Get there an hour before the doors open Stay there an hour after the game ends

-Free tickets to games and sometimes other sporting events

-Horrible pay for the amount of work -No work life balance, working 60 hours a week with no overtime - Horrible management - Extremely cliquey and toxic environment (management curses out other employees, talks behind everyone’s back, and are unprofessional) -Late hours and must have weekend availability (can’t use PTO on game days even if it falls on the weekend) -No diversity -Very high employee turnover rate
