      -freedom to teach what you would like - flexible dress code -great students - bosses not struck and overbearing. No micromanaging

      Cons

      - there is no control of students or punishment for negative behavior. - there are a lot of things stolen with no reimbursement - not much funds for teachers. Will spend a lot of your own money - safety is a MAJOR issue. -Don’t inform staff or parents about things that they should probably be aware of.

      Pros

      Teaching style is allowed to have a lot of freedom. Staff is very helpful in supporting your teaching efforts.

      Cons

      I wish we had more than one counselor in the school at a time. I also wish we had more staff in the wellness team.
