      Leadership does not know what they are doing. They make very poor strategy decisions driven by marketing campaigns while the Operations department falls by the wayside.

      It was great a few years ago. Not the same company it used to be.

      Cons

      The most toxic work environment I’ve ever seen. Manipulative leadership. Unrealistic deadlines. Problems lifted up fall of deaf ears. Bleeding money. HR is horrible. Don’t trust anyone here. You’ll never grow in your career here.
