      Given opportunity and responsibility from day one, working up from the small tasks, flexible schema allows for good personal growth. Empowers employees and makes them feel at home. Boss is very accomodating and pushes us to do well.

      In a smaller team setting, it is very flexible but at moments may need more structured planning and the overall roadmap.
