Branch traffic, this place has put a bad taste it 95% of the Hampton Roads community so most people will either use the drive-thru or someone else. The hours are great. Unless you work here part time

Pay, Technology support, Management support, Knowledge of colleagues, Training, Manipulation of employment to avoid offering "limited" benefits, Location(In a grocery store?), Opportunity, Peg board philosophy, Employee aura. Chartway Federal Credit Union expects people to change for them with this contradicts the interest of the customer. For example, not offering services on all phones or browsers. They require their members to accommodate their preferences. Misinformed advertisements for products, such as loans for college, businesses, and secondary properties WHEN THEY DON'T EVEN OFFER ANY OF THESE!!! When you request for reimbursements of your expenses such as travel it takes as much as months and they will dispute the purpose every time when all your asking for is pennies. As low as $5.00 you should be ashamed. Their on-sites are asinine such as going to QVC looking for sales opportunities when they just announced a formal lay off. Regent University on-site looking for sales opportunities when these are college students they don't even have any money or income to even borrow. THEY WILL DISPUTE ANY BONUS YOU HAVE EARNED EVERY TIME THEY WILL FIND A REASON NOT TO PAY OUT SOME TYPE OF PORTION. DON'T EXPECT TO MAKE MORE THAN $15.00 AN HOUR OR EARNING MORE THAN 4% A YEAR AS A BONUS. Way to predictable of a career path with no excitement. People that's less than $.50. Last year they made poor investments in 3 credit unions and told us employee's we would not receive our annual bonuses. As an executive how can you make a bad investment, receive a bonus, and hold your employee's as low as a teller accountable after their 365 day service? NO INTEGRITY!!! Their quote is "Dream Away" and this should be changed to the "Delusional Way". If a company offers an ANNUAL HIRING FAIR this is a clear indication that they can't even offer the world retention. Members acknowledge their assembly line for employment so when they come in they don't even want to waste the time to get to know a new person because they will be doing the same thing next week when the person leaves!! TRULY SAD PEOPLE DO NOT BANK OR WORK HERE.
