This company's internship and training program is very dedicated to increasing the overall skills of the people that they bring in. The company culture is also amazing and most everyone just wants you to get better.
Cons
They may tell you things and then will not follow through with them. The company tries to take on as many people as they can because they are growing, but I just had a not so great experience.
