Pros

Challenging work Friendly coworker very casual (although I personally don't enjoy that much)

Cons

Healthcare plan is like a joke. The culture is so unique and lack of diversity and everyone thinks and does the work in a very similar way. If you don't compy with the culture, you will receive frequent feedback to force you to comply with "Chathamite way". There's no clear direction as to where you should set the standards at, it seems like if you don't comply with what your leader thinks, you would suddenly underperform, and you will be left in a shock to realize that no one ever communicates to you about your underperformance, and chatham expects you to learn yourself. Very poop training as well, minimal on the job coach, pretty much expected to learn by yourself with 0 mistakes tolerance

Pros

There is a lot of investment in new technologies, especially AI. As AI continues to evolve, Chatham is investing in employees by giving us opportunities to learn and use these tools so we can stay ahead of the curve and be leaders in the industry. That's a huge plus. The people here are also unmatched. I've worked at other companies, and I can honestly say this is the best culture I've been a part of. The team is supportive, collaborative, and genuinely cares about each other's success.

Cons

I would not change a thing,

Pros

One of the best parts about working at this company is the opportunity to learn across different functions and gain exposure to a wide range of projects. The environment allows employees to develop both technical and professional skills quickly, especially through collaboration with experienced team members. I also appreciate the fast-paced culture, which encourages growth, adaptability, and problem-solving. The experience has helped me better understand operations, teamwork, and how different parts of the business work together.

Cons

One challenge of working at the company is that there can sometimes be a heavy amount of operational and repetitive work, which may limit opportunities to focus on more strategic or analytical projects. In certain situations, processes and responsibilities could be better organized to improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary workload. Communication between teams can also occasionally be unclear, leading to duplicated efforts or delays. Improving workflow structure could help employees be more productive and engaged.
