It is very unique in the fact, although we are dialling customers as a call centre would, the values of Cheaperwaste are different to a normal call centre, where it is a much more enjoyable and relaxed working environment rather than robot like. There is often extra added incentives of cash prizes and early finishes at Cheaperwaste which again adds to the fun environment it is to work.
