Terrible Experience - Customer Support Manager Cheaperwaste Employee Review

Company management do not care about customers, I was told in no uncertain terms that we are their to make money for the owners, scamming customers was rife, charging excess weights for bin collections, disputes with suppliers, told to put contract cancellation letters in the bin and never to acknowledge we had received them, told to scare customers into paying by sending legal letters, it opened my eyes into the criminal world and how some get rich quick and don't care how they make their money.
