A small company means that there is no need to go through all the red tape to get help, it comes to you almost immediately. It's very beneficial. Company has done excellent work all around for their customers within short period of time, I predict the company will build a solid reputation to be flexible and will outperform. Upper Management has a good experience, knowledge in the fields they attempt to work in, as they formerly went through the very same as customers, with excellent leadership, and communication skills. Fair team lead that is quickly developing multiple skills within business practices, fair salary compensation with potentials.
