      Pros

      -Strong leadership -Get rewarded for your performances -Extremely low politics. If you are performant then you will be considered in the company. -True friendship between the employees. Everyone is working in the same direction -You feel the thrive of being part of something different. -Of course: The Winter Seminar

      Cons

      Naturally, as most high growth companies, employee turnover is relatively high (certainly induced by the fact that they hired a few contractors/fixed-terms/interns though). Being in the heart of London, Checkout.com has the duty to be highly performant and demanding to its employees. The company should communicate more about its improvements.

      Good salary, thats about it

      Cons

      Toxic work culture, they want you to work from 6 am to 9pm. If you do not speak french or are not french you will feel like an outsider. Favoritism is big here, manager have their favorites and will feed them inbounds. Very hard to get approval to go to conferences, and there is no ROI, longer reps hold on to bigger name merchants for years even though they are not having any impact, and no one does anything about it.
