Mastering the massive growth and keep the values high is not always easy as this is part of becoming a great company and balance between involving all team members or decide quickly. The DNA of the company is very tech and product oriented and able to fulfill almost all business/merchant requests though to scale and move to the next steps, more structure and process will come into play.
