This company's product is unique and the technology impressive. The engineering challenges require dedication and a love to dig. The people who work here are helpful and easy to get along with.
Cons
The engineering manager, who is also an owner of the company, admits that he has little patience. He doesn't listen well because of his preconceived notions and is easily irritated, making him difficult to work for. He is very unpopular within the company. There is no training; you have to come up to speed on your own, or get help from other employees in the company. Furthermore, the company's benefits are the poorest I've ever seen.
