Pros

"monochromatic" culture: if you're into intellectual honesty, this is the spot. the leadership is super direct—no "compliment sandwiches," just high-integrity feedback that actually helps you level up. you always know exactly where you stand ai-native engineering: not just marketing fluff. we're pushing the frontier with 100% cursor adoption and a mandate for agentic engineering. everyone's expected to be a prompt engineer the structural moat: building an accuracy engine that's programmatically way ahead of the rest. while legacy competitors are stuck with human-heavy ops, we're scaling elite quality to the entire market through ml-ops playbooks "high-and-low" ownership: you're both architect and builder. leaders dive into the "boiler room" details while tracking the "venture bets." it’s the perfect environment for a high-grit engineer who wants to own the full cycle of impact

Cons

high-octane hustle: not a 9-to-5 coasting gig. the pace is intense and the bar for operational excellence is high. if you're not ready to hustle and raise the bar every day, the velocity might feel like a lot debt repayment: currently in a "repaying debt" phase for some legacy systems. you'll spend time refactoring and building durable foundations, which takes patience and a "clear the desk and solve" mindset xfn complexity: navigating cross-functional stuff at this scale takes real relationship-building. if you just want to sit in a corner and code without talking to sales or finance, you're gonna have a hard time

Pros

Great insurance. Learning Stipends, etc

Cons

-Senior leadership only cares about what is new and shiny. -They treat AI like a religion. Forcing everyone to use AI for everything as though we don't realize that the end goal is to eliminate our roles - All Hands Meetings every month where Senior Leadership pats themselves on the back while ignoring any existing issues. - Support is treated like a necessary evil instead of a fundamental part of doing business. Would prefer to ship the roles overseas or replace with AI - Extremely high attrition for Senior Leadership.
