      1. Toxic work culture 2. Unreasonable workload 3. False expectations built into the customers 4. Unrealistic promises are made to both customers and employees 5. Zero growth potential within the company 6. All decisions are made by a single person 7. Chaotic management system led by incompetent managers 8. No health benefits or bonuses are offered 9. There is no such thing as an HR support 10. Hardly any training is conferred to the new employees.

      Pros

      The team culture at Cheeky is fantastic. Everyone is so supportive, friendly, and genuinely awesome. The team motivates each other and is always willing to help whenever needed. The company is fully remote which is a huge benefit. It is very fast paced and rapidly growing. We literally change lives every.single.day how couldn't you love that!

      Cons

      The downside to working at Cheeky is it is very fast paced and rapidly changing & growing so if you aren't accepting of change or like a slower paced atmosphere then this isn't the company for you.

      Terrible ownership and management. You are just a number and nobody cares about anything other than the revenue you generate
