Pros

The salary is OK. Remote job. That's it.

Cons

Terrible middle management that literally ruins an entire project by not being present and basically not giving a damn about the product, plus no sign of reallocation after. After the project is over expect radio silence from the company, Clear favoritism shown to people doing the same job where people from the same region of the company's headquarters are prioritized over more far away people. If you hear anything about how you matter for the company, you don't, at literal any time they will shut down your entire project, find your colleague a position in a weeks notice while you rot away 6 months after with no contact whatsoever. Do not join this company
