- Bad management overall. - No actual vision to work with. - Targets & deadlines changes frequently. - Zero job security. You can be laid off even if you've been performing well without any specific and solid reason. - Longer probation duration than average. - Call themselves NOW-COMMERCE with an app which is really bad be it UX or UI. - They do not like to invest in tech specifically. Basic things related to tech are totally screwed.
