Pros
The people your surrounded by day in and day are intelligent, good humored, and professional. Clientele is awesome to work with and very pleasant. The chef is very talented and changes his menu all the time. There are just tasting menus with wine pairings, no extended wine list is available, but the clientele loves the concept and the restaurant does very well. I am very honored to have worked with such a successful restaurant and did very well while I was there. I was sad that I had to move back to the mainland. If you are in Hawaii, or moving to Hawaii, you seriously have to check this place out.
