Pros
One of the best reasons to work at Chef is the people. There is no shortage of people willing to go above and beyond to help you get your work done. The next best reason to work for Chef is the ability to work remote. A fairly large portion of the company works remotely so you don't feel like a satellite.
Cons
There is still a bit of turbulence going on from the re-org of the engineering department.
