The salary is competitive and so are the benefits. The accounting team works hard and has a lot of fun. Great work/life balance with very friendly people!

Interesting work because affordable industry complex. Stable work because affordable industry always needed.
Cons
A lot of turnover including senior management other than owners like even head of departments including Human Resources. Pay decent for local market. Communication and transparency is not good because so much turnover. When people are let go it is on the spot which demoralizes employees
