      Timely salary payment, monthly without fail

      Cons

      Very huge pay gap. When a staff leaves and you're hired to replace them, in weeks you'll be doing everything they were doing at 1/8 of the pay. To get to their level you'd have to go through performance reviews for over 7 years. Company is bloated with managerial staff who almost do nothing at 10 times your pay

      The management value and support their employees and encourage them to grow.

      Cons

      Remuneration is average though not bad. But you have a better chance if you are a sales person

      Pros

      Chem-Labs is a great company to work at. It's competitive and the work culture makes it enjoyable for the employee

      Cons

      Compensation and benefits are relatively low than what is provided in the work market. Some position have a poor work/life balance and require extensive traveling
