      Pros

      Direct manager was easy to work with, allowed me to take the lead on projects as the technical lead.

      Cons

      Poor upper management, upper management had no onsite knowledge of what was taking place thus leading to them supplying incorrect information to clients.

      Pros

      My experience as an employee here at Chenega has been nothing short of imaginable. Given my background I have never been with a company more grounded in taking care of their employees. Through team meetings, as well as, employee resources. I have grown since joining the team. Achieving my IT CERT in Security +, learning skills in team building, as well as, better business lingo for my career moving forward. It really feels like this is where it’s starts.

      Cons

      Only con I have is I didn’t join sooner 😊.
