Strong competent leadership. Everyone was inviting and helpful to someone who was just learning there job. Cheney is also a great location to work and close to everything you need.

If you want something fast paced, this might not be it. Most things involving the city is low-pressure and takes a lot of time to get things moving. If you want to make changes and leave your mark someplace, this might not be the place to do it.

Somewhat flexible work environment working with in the confines of municipal government.

Covid has put a stress on the government in terms of remote technology and not willing to invest in technology.
