      Pros

      Changing clients is good for getting a feel of different programs, building wide trouble shooting range of applications.

      Cons

      Hard to push to system engineer positions. Can be hard to after a while many clients make destinctions between internal and external staff, can get frustrating to feel like a second rate employee. Depends on the client ofcourse.

      Good guiding of IT consultants. Being able to study and get certificates

      Cons

      Bruto salary is low but they do give netto bonusses to be competitive with other comapnies.
