+ company has strong growth track record, and has been turning heads, constantly winning awards, and taking the industry by storm + so much room to grow with a growing company, in the ways that I want to, so I feel fulfilled + relationship with management is a discussion, not following orders + I feel valued and taken care of by the company and my peers, it's a happy work place + flexible work schedule + workflow adapts responsively to feedback and many more
Cons
- not for people who just want to clock in&out at a 9-5 - with growth comes flux, which may not be for people who rely on stability and predictability. - sometimes a steep learning curve, not for those who give up easily.
