Pros

Stable company and future, great leadership at the top level, some amazing employees at all levels who really care about each other. Great benefits. Overall, I am thankful to work at Chesapeake.

Cons

The company is growing quickly and some employees are working a lot to keep up. Processes are old and the way they were done in the past. We need to invest in our people with more staff as we grow and also invest in technology. Work life balance appears to be an issue which can cause turnover and stress.
