Lack of standard enforcing and punshing lazy employees

Descent pay, great benefits, friendly coworkers, and come on... it's beer... who doesn't love beer. 90% of the accounts are so happy to see the beer guy.

Chesbay tries to cover way to large of area go as far north as petersburg Hopewell and colonial heights. back breaking work, no respect from upper management (the guys sitting in the office all day are back stabber and have no problem throwing some one under the bus to save their own butts. chesbays theory is with the economy being the way it is they can always find a new yes man worker bee because they do pay significantly more than any other dead end job.
