Pros
Co-workers, kids, and parents were amazing. Health, Eye, and dental insurance. Decent pay with a raise once a year. Paid vacation after 1 year and paid sick days every quarter. Off on weekends.
Cons
Too much turn over as far as employees. Not enough communication to parents from higher up staff members. Too much bump and shuffle to keep in ratio. Trying to change too much too quickly within the company. ]Not feeling appreciated.
