IF you get a day off and only IF you may get the opportunity to spend time off at a near by beach or different island (will be expected to pay aroun 800USD to a boat though)
Cons
Awful. Like a cult, so much so during training we were told that her aim is to brainwash us. No one enjoys it there apart from GM and HR, people call it the golden prison as you are unable to do anything. People work without any days off, some people haven’t had a day off in two months and management just reply back saying it’s due to the high season… do not care about health and safety or mental health. Highly recommend avoiding if you are an ex pat.
