Pros
Great work-life balance, as they have a hybrid work schedule. Need to go to the office two days a week and follow a 9/80 schedule. The salary is pretty good given the location, and the office environment is friendly and eventful.
Cons
No personal space for the IT employees. There are only hot desks available, which are first come first served.
