      Pros

      People that work here are nice people, very humble people. Members are very kind people.

      Cons

      pay is low- you would think because its in chevy chase the pay would be high...no its not. no room for advancement- they have employees that have been there for 20 plus years that is getting paid the same as someone who just started. be prepared for long hours- 11am-11pm servers here do NOT get paid tips. Members ALWAYS get their way.

      simple job that has such an easy learning curve. Basic golf knowledge is needed but more importantly you need to strive to give the best service

      Its not busy everyday so its time where you do not work
