      Pros

      Benefits and vacation time is great.

      Cons

      There is a lot of backstabbing and unethical practices going on. This place is top heavy (management) for being such a small school. There is no room for advancement unless you are one of the favorites.

      Campus is a good distance from main roads During inclement weather travel can be challenging to get there But they keep road and grounds clear
