Field work, little time in office. Full territory exclusivity. Nice coworkers and pretty busy call center
Cons
Long on call hours. Very poor training before youre out on your own. Must buy about 4k in tools and locks upon training completion and payback per check. Employees bad mouth owner and management and pick and choose jobs actually passing on low cost jobs
