Cons
Consistency is key especially in education. This schools has a very high turnover of teachers and administrators. The principal changes every 3-4 years. Then move on to a different school, this is part of their organizations contract! Probably more due to their religious agenda. Either way, this high turnover is terrible for student development. They do not offer incentives for teachers who have worked there many years and the constant change of principal urges teachers to leave to find more consistency. When you resign, they might try to guilt you a little, which is very unprofessional. Again, all horrible for student learning! And the organization has had a number of questionable activities concerning money, which are tax payer and public money.
