Independent growth is great. There is the opportunity to learn something new all of the time. The company works with a variety of clients so the projects are similarly diverse. Everyone at the company is really smart and pulls their own weight. Policies are flexible and reasonable - virtually no bureaucracy. Compensation is competitive.

Benefits are minimal. The focus is on the actual work at hand so company events and perks can get overlooked. There isn't much of a hierarchy so growth is limited in that sense.
