Pros
Good pay for entry level positions, organized well for routine work, great problem solving solutions. Chill workplace. Being detail-oriented is a great skill here and is easy to adapt to. Training is easy. Professional setting and environment.
Cons
Bad management: doesn't really care about employees and their well-being as they say they do. HR doesn't care about complaints made by employees. Multiple complaints have been made about one person, but has yet to be fired or reprimanded due to higher authority status. Nurses or phlebotomists can have attitudes or be rude when things don't go the way they want to or do not choose to follow instructions in the first place. Few coworkers, not all, are lazy and uncooperative to help with assistance or teamwork. Work drama sometimes happen, coworkers are NOT your friends here so don't get too involved.
