Pros

They provide lunch for you to eat with the kids in your class. They are getting direct deposit. The facility is cool looking inside.

Cons

Worst place I have ever worked for many reasons. Management does a lot of sneaky things and if they mess up the teachers are always blamed not the person actually responsible. Management will lie to corporate about things they are doing just so they look good and will talk down about teachers. As a teacher I was forced to lie on daily papers for parents about activities the kids were getting. Even if the children didn’t get that specialty that day we had to put on their paper that they did and lie about it. I was told on multiple occasions that the way my classroom looked was more important than the way the children in the class were treated. Kids are constantly moved from room to room just so management doesn’t have to have a solution. Staff is very underpaid and the benefits are so expensive that nobody can afford them. Sick time takes a long time to acquire and then you can only use it when convenient for management. There is no concern for time either. They will make you stay late and not even ask or tell you first. I missed many things because I had to stay late because they will avoid answering phones at the desk or ignore getting someone in the room so teachers can leave on time but management is always out on time. When asking for an injury or incident report management only brings them 25% of the time. All the other times I had to call multiple times and even still I wouldn’t get them sometimes. They have favorite children and they will treat those parents better than other parents regarding policy. During training they portray that they will help where needed or provide helpful tips but that is a lie. I was there for a while and never received any help with difficult or aggressive children was just always told to handle it and move on. They want curriculum and schedules followed but provide no time for diaper changes or potty training and I had managers come in my room on multiple occasions and yell at me because I was changing diapers or taking kids potty instead of whatever curriculum activity should have been started. Often times I didn’t get a full break or even a break at all because they don’t want to help so teachers can get a break. There is not allowed to be any outside food or drink in the class so you just go all day without. The teacher turnover and management turnover is higher than I have ever seen. Teachers are talked to like they are slaves and management owns them. Nothing for curriculum is ever provided even when you tell management you need it. Enrollment and numbers are more important than the safety and well being of the other children. If a teacher has to be over ratio that doesn’t matter as long as the student enrolls. Many of upper management have no idea what the curriculum is or even what ratios for classrooms are and they give wrong information on tours with no regard for correction or finding out the real answers. All in all this was the most stressful place I have ever worked and I have worked in childcare for many years. I left in tears every night because of how stressful the job was and how horrible I would be spoken to during the day. I wouldn’t recommend working or enrolling students here to anyone!

Pros

Really cool and fun things in the facility.

Cons

Poor safety standards, Poor Management, teachers putting hands on students, teachers leaving trainees in rooms with no CPR certifications, nothing in rooms saying who had allergies and of what, if you have a child in the care as well they treat you very poorly, they don’t treat you as a parent who’s kid is in the care and paying to be in the care, extremely unprofessional and rude management.
