There are other ABA companies that stress you out way more. This company is doable. The pay is pretty good.

The administrative staff is very unprofessional. Their staff retention is horrible. They are more worried about billing than the well-being of their customers and staff. They do not match you up with a case that is within your scope of practice. They hired a lot of new Bcba’s that have no idea what they’re doing.
