HORRIBLE PLACE TO WORK - Residential Aide Childrens Community Services Employee Review

Highly unprofessional staff and organization. No sense of boundaries among staff and strict rules and regulations. Constantly in a hostile and dangerous work environment. ALWAYS understaffed due to high turnover rate because everyone keeps quitting. Maybe if it was worth it to stay, there wouldn't be people leaving. HIRE MORE STAFF! Upper management is overburdened and overworked. People are called in to work on their days off and at unreasonable times and hours for extremely long and unethical shifts. No work life balance whatsoever. HR sucks, does not know what they are doing. Hire more qualified HR staff to then hire better people because they don't know what they're doing, thus hiring people that don't know what they're doing. PD is unreasonable, and plays favorites. This place is horrible in general. Some management from Operations are nice and understanding, but them alone are not enough to keep the place afloat.
