Job Stability – Even with disorganization, there is still work available and an opportunity for consistent income. Potential for Improvement – If communication and teamwork improve, the workplace could become more functional and efficient.

Lack of Teamwork – There is no sense of collaboration, making it difficult to complete tasks efficiently. Poor Communication – There is no proper shift-to-shift communication, leading to confusion and mistakes. Toxic Work Environment – Catty behavior and unnecessary drama take the focus away from the clients, who should be the top priority.
