Pros
The children and some of the employees. It's good to know how to deal with different ages before you get your teaching degree and go into the public school system. You still deal with a lot of the same issues as a elementary teacher.
Cons
Pay is bad- everyone has a second job to make ends meet. The cameras seem to be only for the office staff to call you and micromanage. If you forgot to request an item when supply request due, you don't get it even if it is available. The uniforms- black pants in texas heat is awful. There are no real financial incentives- the pay is as bad as other daycares.
