People: I've been universally impressed with the people in the company both professionally and socially. I've been welcomed and made to feel at home from day one and have been supported as I've grown into my role from my bosses, my peers and my team. Ambition: The company has a drive and ambition that is infectious. It's been challenging and I've had to work extremely hard; but it has also been hugely rewarding. During this time I've made mistakes and been challenged on them; but I've also been supported to learn from them and develop myself in the process. Leadership: I have seen pull and push leadership and I've found this to be in the right balance for me. The company has an open door to learning; is willing to admit where it could do better; and puts tangible actions in place to address opportunities to improve. Work: Being an SME it has been brilliant to be able to be involved in all aspects of a business rather than just my function. There is a huge amount to do and never enough time... but i wouldn't have it any other way.
