The communication system allows you to stay current on what’s going on with your client throughout the day, as well as communicate ideas, questions, and concerns that are all answered in a very timely manner by the BCBA’s and other members on the team! Supervision also occurs very frequently so that everyone is on the same page with the BCBA, and you will definitely meet all Board regulated requirements here! The training is also very thorough and consistent, and the training process is updated frequently based on BACB standards as well as feedback from current staff/trainers/new hires. The culture here is very open and collaborative, and management is always striving to find ways to provide the best services they can for clients as well as create a positive environment for staff!

Catalyst - the data collection system - frequently does not allow access to certain tabs that may be relevant to your session.
