Pros

Short work hours due to poor organisation. Lovely staff. Family like work colleagues.

Cons

Awful planning and organisation. No ordering gets done and leave it down to installers on the morning of the install. Installation timeframes change week to week, as you can get given a 1 day job for 2 days or a 3 day job for 1 day. As an electrical installer you are on your own and expected to do a battery install + run DC for the roofers in under a 6h day as you have to go to and from the yard before installation. Management haven’t told anyone off in years, which leads to lax working and people not putting in effort. Short work days caused by awful organisation and ordering, sometimes a job is booked but there is nothing for us to do, so we have to grab the goods from a wholesaler before the job if they even have it, the job gets delayed then you are unable to work any longer as there isn’t any goods to install.
