      great entry into fast paced working food service environment opportunities for advancement readily available lots of opportunity for overtime hours

      Cons

      pay lots of work due to high volume of customers little to no downtime outside of scheduled breaks only one break per shift either 30 or 45 minutes. no smoke breaks

      Pros

      Lots of flexibility and good company benefits. Cool office space and good people. The company wants you to learn more and give you the opportunity to do so.

      Cons

      In the corporate space, very limited career growth opportunities. Current manager micromanages but not terribly. Company performance stinks and leadership does not want to take accountability.
